Our strawberries are grown on family farms in the Nile Delta, harvested at full ripeness and moved from field to tank within a single calendar day. We cold-extract under nitrogen blanket and aseptic-process at the lowest temperature the spec allows — so the red you see in the drum is the red your customer tastes after pasteurisation, baking or UHT.
